We used wood from Mie Prefecture as much as possible for the building materials of each facility, and were conscious of local production for local consumption of wood resources. In Vison, seafood and mountain food from Mie prefecture such as Matsusaka beef, Kumano chicken, spiny lobster, and abalone are gathered together, and representative Japanese cooks use fresh ingredients from the surrounding area.
