Decent variety and good service

Hotel is Excellent, quite, clean and exceptional View! Comfortable bed and nice sheets. This is totally a family hotel. Lots of kids around. Nice pool and safe ocean to swim in.

Though staff were kind and helpful, most of them are not well trained, the hotel was extremely under-staff during high season resulted in poor service such as slow food ordering, messy and smelly restaurants. I think this resort has problem with managent

Amazing resort, best pool we have ever had at a resort, lovely staff and stunning views and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and pool side pizza though fairly expensive was delicious.

Exceptional resort with friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is magnificent.

We booked in from Friday to Sunday. Hotel stay are impeccable, the room was smart, clean and had everything we needed. Must call out the Nook restaurant, the food was presented perfectly and tasted delicious, lots of choice and as with all of the staff there, very attentive and pleasant. The pool area and beach loungers are perfect too. However, as we checked in, we quickly realised our mistake of not booking an adults only hotel. Very few people were without a child or two. If you have younger children, it's great, lots of fun activities to keep them entertained. But as were after a quiet break it was a shock to the system. You learn...and maybe this isn't always the case for the hotel. Maybe school holidays.

Nice hotel with beautiful rooms & villas, friendly staff and delicious restaurants

The rooms are new, clean, modern. There are play grounds for kids. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. 5 stars

It was such a nice stay. The hotel is fairly new and modern. It has been nicer than anything in the Carribean.

This hotel was built June 2023 it is brand new and absolutely stunning. This is a 5 star hotel, just gorgeous. Very very clean, huge beautiful buffet breakfast. Clean big rooms. The ocean is beautiful and clean blue waters, we took our 2 year old son here and we had the best time, very kid friendly, splash park, kids pool, kids zone with toys, huge playground. The sand on the beach is clean and perfect. I can’t say enough great things If I’m ever in Vietnam again in the future I will DEFINITELY come back to this hotel. If you’re on the fence about booking this hotel, trust me, worth every penny.
