I would not recommend this property.
To begin, the staff is not very communicative for check in, you will receive multiple emails from Expedia to fill out the check in form but the email to do that will never come until you call. Additionally, there is no staff onsite so all communication is done over messaging. This would be fine but the staff seemingly needs to know your every move, when you are coming, going, which requires a lot of back and forth.
The property itself was not a highlight. The floors had not been cleaned in a while and there is one AC unit for both rooms so it takes awhile for it to cool down. Neither of those issues compare those to the beds, the mattresses feel like cardboard boxes, there is no cushion at all. Additionally, the wall separating the bedroom from the living space is not a true wall, but a division, as it does not go all the way to the ceiling. This meant whoever was in the living could hear into the bedroom and vice versa.
The shuttle was hit and miss, on the way in it was very convenient, but the driver for the way back was incredibly rude. In our messages we made it clear only one of the two travelers needed a return shuttle but the driver I guess did not know that. He spend the entire ride making the one passenger feel bad which was very rude and unprofessional.

First, there is no lobby or anyone on site, so everything is done via messaging - which is ok if they respond clearly.
I recieved my instructions to get in, after requesting several times. It's quite the process. Keys... they use traditional metal keys and the locks are extremely finicky. We got in after several attempts - but we got in!
My major cause of frustration was not getting confirmation of my 6:30am airport transfer (which they changed to 6:00 am) until 21:00 the night before. Plus, although I was crystal clear, three time they said "we will be picking you up at the airport". My transfer request was from the hotel to the airport. I understand there could be a language barrier, but I believe it was just sloppy.
The room was fine. Nothing great, nothing bad. It was clean.
I stay at these hotels for worry free transit to the airport. This stay was not worry free at all. I should have stayed at a major hotel chain.

Lovely, very secure apartment in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes to the airport. There is no reception desk! It is basically like an Airbnb with a lock box for the keys. You need to text with the property to arrange the shuttle that is indeed free. Great restaurants 5 minutes from the property. Mattresses are indeed oddly thin and hard but not a dealbreaker.

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional management and serious health hazards. As a seasoned traveler and property manager myself, this is the very first negative review I have ever had to write in my life.
1.Mold & Health Hazard: The unit is a poorly reconfigured section inside a larger house with virtually no ventilation. The resulting toxic mold and damp smell were so overwhelming that it physically prevented us from sleeping. This is a severe structural defect that cannot be fixed without a major construction project.
2.Misleading Shuttle Policy: The airport shuttle instructions are incredibly confusing. The phrasing implies special requests are only needed during specific windows, completely omitting that availability is severely limited at all other times. It is impractical for most travelers.
3.Hostile Communication: When I requested a shuttle for a 3:50 PM flight, management refused and offered only an 8:30 AM slot. When I called Hotels.com to cancel, management denied the refund, though they magically found a 9:45 AM slot after customer service intervened.
4.Zero Support: We checked in at midnight and found the severe mold. With no staff on-site, Hotels.com tried contacting them but management was unreachable overnight. We checked out the next morning. Management aggressively blamed us for not reporting it directly to them at midnight and flatly refused even a partial refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and dishonest.

Very clean and perfect for our family the courtyard was nice except I had to put my cigarettes in a baggie because there was no ashtray anywhere to be found and I’m very conscious about not littering. The staff was great with communication and the fre airport shuttle was perfect.

If you are planning to stay here for flexibility of the shuttle service then I suggest to keep searching. Unfortunately, they run in timetables which I was not aware of and there's no flexibility with pickups. I was put on a second floor even though I was staying for only one night which made it inconvenient to go up with my luggage. The room itself seemed cute and clean. The previous guest had left the stove on and I texted customer service for help – I never received a response and thankfully I figured it out. The bathroom was convenient with minimal toiletries. The bed felt like a springboard instead of a mattress.

No reception desk, mattress very thin and firm, need 3 keys to get in and out of room. Fire hazard since keys needed from inside as well. Driver did not show up as was instructed in message from hotel so had to call.
Would not stay here again especially as solo woman traveler
