Reception is a separate building with limited access as bd different address Sort this and the WiFi and ratings will improve

Bit of an odd setup Rooms are fine and clean - WiFi bit patchy Main issue is access to reception and finding it in the first place - they should have the smith street address - it’s not the nicest to be wandering around at 2am looking for reception Staff aren’t always at reception to let you in either

Not the most welcoming staff, reception off-site, reception not answering on the phone, room only serviced once over a 6 days stay, room dirty, very noisy. Nicely placed in Darwin City though.

Great central location with clean small room which was enough if you only wanted to use it to sleep. Shower was good and fine for me. Convenient for all Darwin amenities and access straight onto Mitchell Street.

The room was covered in dust and pubic hair. Repulsive. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Room was comfortable, bathroom was cramped, hallway was noisy

The room was clean. The air conditioning ran quiet and cool. Overall it was a very good stay.

All good,minor ac issue that got sorted quickly.

Very handy to food ,pubs etc….. behind shower doors need a good clean (scrub)& also under the bin bag in the bin was absolutely filthy. Other than that , it was very nice thank you & affordable to enable you to spend extra time on the Mitchell or within Darwin.
