Really nicely appointed, air conditioned rooms, with a comfy bed and great location to Bromley shopping and stations

Just a great staff and really easy!

Awful experience when we checked in nobody explained where is what what to do if I want room service AC wasn’t working complained at at least five times nobody fixed it. Very bad experience.

Brama is like a home from home. Very friendly staff who are always go out of their way to make your experience a great one. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.

I've stayed at Brama multiple times now and each time is fantastic.

Clean comfortable room with a luxurious feel and quality facilities

There was NO food or drink anywhere in hotel...coffee in room was undrinkable

The room was lovely. It was very easy to check in. I like the fact that the hotel had a library.
