The apartment we stayed in was fine. However what was disappointing was the customer service and treatment we received from Caitlin at the front desk. On two occasions Caitlin was rude and lacked professionalism. When we discussed the situation with the manager and informed her of what happened and how rude Caitlin was, the response we received was lack lustre. Customer service at this hotel is lacking and disappointing.

The apartment was amazing and it had everything I needed, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher ect, bedrooms are huge with ceiling to floor glass, beautiful views. 100% would recommend

The apartment was better than I expected. Very spacious, clean and comfortable.

I booked through here got there and there was no rooms available I still haven’t be imised

Would not recommend due to the cleanliness and safety of the rooms.

Apartment was adequate and in a great location but what we really didn’t like was the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes that must be in the furnishings because we could smell it even with the door open. Also, needs blackout blinds in the lounge room and a new lounge, current lounge is old and bulky with a cover on it that is stained and had a cigarette burn in it.

It was an alright stay. Nothing special.

Well equipped apartment.

Would have been good to have aircon on when we arrived, our room had sun beaming in which made our room unbearable when we arrived

Need some basics in kitchen like a jug for water in the fridge. TV did not have many APPS downloaded
