Great visit, staff was super polite and helpful

Room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has variety . Location is in the centre of Old Quarter, easy access to other places on foot, close to Hoàn Kiếm lake and hop on, hop off station.

All staff were very welcoming and helpful, on reception, restaurant, porters, houeskeepers and the massage centre..... All staff worked together really well to ensure we had a lovely holiday.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Hanoi. Staff were super helpful and nice. Rooms was clean and comfortable and breakfast was Fantastic. Loved the pool too to cool down. Excellent Customer Service.

all great

May 2026 - I stayed at La Siesta with a travel group of 40 people and the staff were excellent, reception staff Ngan and the whole team were so nice, the facilities were great. The team helped with anything that was required, and helped with suggestions on where to go and making bookings. Very Friendly. Please add air conditioning and a few more facilities in the gym.

Great location near An Bang beach Short taxi to old town

Excellence staff really top-notch

The friendliness of the staff at reception and restaurant is overwhelming!! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is excellent in arranging tours to Ha Long Bay and SAPA. Nice pool available.
