Our 3rd stay in 18 months, highly recommend. Excellent service, facilities and location - minutes from Haram by foot or shuttle bus. We have booked again to stay here in a few months!

Booked a room with Kabaa view, but could only see minarats.
stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel.
Feel bad for writing this because it was apart of our Umrah, but hopefully they can use this to become better. Because we did not feel any 5 star feeling there.
