Heat in room and kettle not working, towels and bathroom dirty. 2nd night lights kept going out, dining area closed due to outage.
We were double billed for this luxury room.
Hope not all Expedia rooms/ hotels are like this.

Property needs maintenance TLC and serious updating. The floors in the rooms may be swept after each guest but definitely not mopped. Lot of grime on the floor.
Food and service in the restaurant was good. Very disappointed that there was no alcohol licence so no bar.

Nice place but not in walking distance of anything. you will need a driver or cab to go anywhere. A little pricy for what you are getting but overall a fine stay and nice staff.

The property layout is amazing and the build is fantastic. However the rooms are kept very badly and shabbily. No exhaust in bathrooms. Dull old bad taps. No proper hot water and the paint on room walls full of mould and loose plaster.
The location is amazing but roo s killed the fun
