Convenient location. Good standard for price.

If location is important this is not the hotel for you. We spent much of our day waiting at bus stops to get back and forth. Other than that it was fine. Nice room and it was clean. Comfortable bed too. Not happy with the coffee machine downstairs, expensive and terrible quality. Would not stay again.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and warm. The room was bright and airy. Overlooked leafy quiet road within easy walking distance of the Lyric and the university. Lovely stay.

We absolutely love this property! It is an old-fashioned feeling, super clean very close to Queens University. The staff was great.

Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. With heavy luggage that was hard with no elevator available. The room was quite warm. Fans were provide and window opened but was still hot. The shower was hard to use with limited water pressure. It would go from super hot to super cold. Overall cute place and very unique but I don’t think I’d stay again.

Lovely property and extremely pleasant and helpful staff

room was clean and large but very over priced for room only £269 for 2 people no breakfast included. we woke at 5am to a student outside our window being violently sick no staff or security on onlt an emergency contact number that didnt work. They really need to lower their prices for room only its a joke.

It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.

Excellent location lots of coffee shops .Ulster Museum and Botanical Gardens with Free Access within walking distance ,in addition to Queens University and the Seamus Heany Queens University centre . 20 min walk to City Centre and public transport if you need it . VIBRANT CITY WITH LOTS TO DO AND SEE .

Well looked after by friendly staff.
