Quirky accommodation staying underground. Kids loved it. Had everything we needed.

It was only quick stay, had everything needed for that..

Place was beautiful and clean, highly recommend it

Simple check in. Comfortable cool room. Clean.

Room was great, location was nice and secluded as it was a few mins out of the main town which was nice.

Clean and decent rooms, given its remote location. Was a comfortable stay.

On balance, well pleased with our stay. This was an amazingly quirky place staying underground was a once in a lifetime experience for us. A major disappointment was no Internet though from our understanding this was a factor beyond the owners control

It was the first time for us to visit Coober Pedy. The whole underground experience was amazing. It looked like the settings in Star Wars! My advice is do not arrive there in the dark. It was so hard to find! There were roads but not much street lights so it was a bit scary to drive in the complete darkness. Bring shampoo and conditioner. They provide soaps though. The air inside was a bit stuffy. I understand it's underground. No windows and no ventilation. It could be the same anywhere if it's underground accommodations. I didn't see the air conditioner. They provide a fan. We went there in the early September so it was perfect weather for us.
