so amazing so much fun and close to everything

Pool was fun! Staff was so helpful! Clean place. Restaurant was nice! Some "free" casino money, but I lost that AND mine...

The staff were very friendly. Rooms weren’t as clean as I hoped they were, although it was very easy to call and get housekeeping to clean and replenish items. Casino was a 10/10 what can I say. Also the pool was great very cold but perfect with drinks on the side!

It's a comfortable place, but it would be much better to have staff who also speak Spanish, since many people who go there are looking for good communication to have better expectations of the place.

Only issue was not cleaned room, bugs in room. My experience was horrible

No ice machines. The bar will give you one small bucket of ice. If you call the front desk, they will not answer. You literally have to walk down to registration to ask whatever question you may have. Suggestion if you stay there be sure you pay your parking in advance as soon as you get there. If not, you have to pay each day and you end up paying more. The rooms do not have refrigerators. Yet you will get offered an upgrade for an additional fee if you do want one. Overall, I would rate it a 4.5.

The location was ok. The room was pretty old and dirty. I also wasn't given my deposit back promptly.

The rooms are old, carpet are not well clean and rub was very bad. I had to shower wearing sandals, I didn't wanted to step on the tub and the window wasn't working, we could lock it.
