Location was great! Loved the vibe of the area. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Staff was great and amenities too!

Room was dated and in need of paint. Shower was cold. Tv didn’t work. When I spoke to staff about it, they just shrugged and told me to email the owner. I sent an email but have not received a reply. Advertising cable tv in rooms when it isn’t working is fraud.

We had no issues at all, we had an issue with the in room safe and was sort of fixed right away. The property is a little dated, however think of where we were, smack in the middle of the Art Deco district. The property has a lot of charm, the location is great, again South Beach right in the Art Deco district. Overall a great experience, the manager Alexandra, was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely return.

Location was great and parking was close by. The hotel is outdated and in dire need of a real renovation.

There is no parking associated with the hotel. And no one at the hotel or associated with parking for the city of Miami could help direct us where we could park overnight. The situation was not ideal for handicap people staying there.

Old hotel, smelled like marijuana is being smoked all day, poor ventilation, a lot of condensation. Thankfully we were only staying 1 night
