Unprofessional staff. There are other hotels in Munich offering better quality service for the same price

We had a lovely terrace. The beds were great. Our toom came with a kitchenette

Poor room for 150 Eur/night, small room.under the roof with small window... poor breakfast... 500 eur for 3 days waste of money

This hotel is really close to the subway entrance which made getting around so much easier than driving. The spa worked well. Also our room with a kitchenette was a blessing to sace on costs.

Not friendly to the guests.

It was very clean and some of the staff were very nice. I had one issue, the day I checked in I received our room and the next day, my room key didn’t work. I went to the front desk and they said I checked out, which was untrue, but then they said I need to check in again. It was a little confusing and scary but in the end it worked out. I will stay there again.

Very nicely appointed room.

Great location right next to the underground station and then simple and cheap to get anywhere in Munich,

Friendly staff, had lemon water at reception.

Very nice middle of the road hotel. Not fancy but comfortable. Great location with easy access to transportation.
