Clean room and friendly staff. Had a good breakfast.

This is the worst Best Western I've ever stayed. The property manager has given up. This place needs much care. Upon check in, there was a sign on the desk stating, the pool was closed and due to short staffing, housekeeping would not be provided and to come to the front desk for anything needed. The room was disgusting. The front door wasn't sealed well, therefore light came through the cracks. A build up of hair was wrapped around the bathtub drain. Mold throughout the bathroom. Stains and splash marks on wall beside toilet. The bathroom sink didn't work. There's a sink located beside the front door. So, yeah you use the bathroom then have to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands. The property is dirty and an overall mess. That front desk clerk was in a rush - there were no other guests around. She had to get back to her personal phone call. For almost 200 a night is a rip off.

I supposed to have stayed three nights, but I stayed two nights because it had roaches in the hotel. The kicker was the second day I woke up and it was a roach in my cup so I left I would never stay there again..

It sucked

Pool was closed, room was so messed up with shower tub that would not work or drain, shower curtain was so short that water ran onto floor, toilet would not flush. Bugs on walls. Front desk was nice and gave us different room. Homeless people living in their cars in the back parking lot. After battling with Expedia the previous day over trying to cancel reservation because I accidentally entered wrong day, if Expedia gave a crap they would cut me half off $$ on Best Western, but I'm not holding my breath. Very disappointed and long time Expedia customer.

Booked a room with two queen beds But when my family checked in they only had two full beds Also they had a dog so that was also why this hotel was booked but was told they may Not have a room for the dog

Room was disgusting. Strong urine odor and lots of flies. Pool was out of order as well as the phone to the front lobby. Hotels.com was very helpful getting a reimbursement for us as well as helping find better lodging. Would never recommend this property

Pool was shut down by environmental services. Manager won't get back to me. Plumbing issues. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was great though.
