Great location and very helpful and friendly staff.

We are a family of 5 from US traveling in Indonesia. The level of service we recieved in Novotel hotel was far beyond what we can imagine. My husband got sick and they were so helpful. The hotel is clean, very centric. I'd recommend to anyone!!

Clean room, staff so helpfull, breakfast more food

It was clean and staff was friendly

Lovely rooms with plenty of space, comfy seating and very comfy bed. Useful to have kettle, fridge and microwave. Aircon was not directly pointing to the bed so that was nice. Unusual position/ door to bathroom but not bad. As usual shower head was floppy but plenty of hot water. 10th floor cafe/pool was nice. Food etc was ok but service very slow. Location perfect for exploring near central area. Would recommend.

The hotel was ok. We had an issue with our room which was not well cleaned but once we told them they quickly changed us to a new one. We had a sunrise excursion and they made our breakfast beforehand so we could have something to eat. The hotel was very good located next to a mall. I would stay here again, I stayed at many Novotels and this is the only one I had an issue with the cleaning but they were fast to solve it and very accommodating, so I would come back

Fantastic location just one block from Malioboro Plaza and the vibrant shopping street. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day.

The shops and the shopping malls are very closed by . The staffs are very friendly . The only thing the hotel need to fix is changing the thin toilet paper to better one.

My recent stay at Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in Indonesia. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel perfectly combines modern luxury, Javanese hospitality, comfort, and an unbeatable location right in the heart of Yogyakarta. The first impression matters, and this hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and professional. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and warm Indonesian hospitality. They were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. Every staff member I met — from the reception team to housekeeping and restaurant staff — showed excellent service standards. They made me feel valued and respected as a guest. If you need help with tours, transportation, or recommendations, they are very knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you so much Rodhan gurung and Kunsang gurung 😆😆😆

Excellent staff at the front desk and in the breakfast hall.
