The room was a good size and well-appointed. But France is having a heat wave and the A/C was terrible. We were SO hot it was difficult to rest. The tiny terrace had a great view of the cathedral! Front desk staff were very pleasant.

Our room wasnt ready when they said it would be so we ended up waiting for 40 mins in the lobby then when we got into our room there was a dirty towel in the wardrobe and the sofa bed for my son was broken. We also were only given half of one roll of toilet paper. The location of the hotel was good.

Fab stay, lovely location - would definitely book again

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Public parking near by was cheap overnight.

Mercure Amiens Cathedrale is a lovely, modern hotel opposite the stunning and very old cathedral. The hotel and room were clean and well equipped, the location was great and the breakfast (we had the ‘express’) was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff could not care less. At checkout nobody even asked how was may stay or say thank you

Beautiful hotel, in the center of the city just few seconds away from main attractions like the Cathedral and the Quartier Saint Leu. Staff was very polite and helpful and the atmosphere very cozy.

Close to the beautiful cathedral

The hotel is an ideal location. Next to the cathedral and everything downtown.
