Clean room, not easy check in

Room had a awful smell like dirty clothes and needs a lot of maintenance shower fouset was leaking all the time even when closed and hallway smelled like mariguana all the time it was a big disappointment.

The manager Melissa and Katrina are so rude. And discriminatory. They tell you it’s ok to pay no later past 1, 2, 3pm etc but then use that against you later even when you are doing what they said and you’ve been a loyal paying customer EVERYDAY FOR MONTHS. They don’t care if you’re in between moves or have children. They cold heartedly had my kids and I leave after spending THOUSANDS THERE. We didn’t bother anyone none of that. Their rooms always had hair in it, that wasn’t yours stuck to the sheets, dirty kitchen appliances, roach infested hallways and rooms !! (Which they don’t do refunds there or compensate for a full night also btw) horrible management, Greg was nice though, busted pipes, (no refund again for the flooding) and cleaning ladies bang on your door early to see if you’re extending before check out. It’s wild. Do not stay here. Evil evil EVIL PEOPLE AND ESTABLISHMENT. Should have never wasted my money here.

The refrigerator made a loud noise the whole time. Made it a little hard to sleep. The breakfast was only coffee, no food of any kind.

The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. The wall in the shower was loosing plaster off the walls and the tub coating was peeling. We asked for a hair dryer and was told at the front desk they had a few but was all out!!! We went to brush our teeth and the drain in the bathroom did not go down at all? It was a terrible room! Not sure if all of them are that bad but we would like some of our money back for all our hard work!! We asked at the front desk and she said she would ask. We also just wanted a "printed" receipt and she could not even get us that???? Very Very disappointed!!! :(

They double charged me , very old building smells

Friendly and helpful staff but this hotel needs some TLC

No coffee pot available, only 2 forks- no other silverware, pots pans very old, no glasses, a flipper and spoon supplied. We were able to get a wine cork. No kitchen towels. We stayed so we could cook! Also NO hairdryer! I have never stayed in a hotel where there were no hairdryers. The iron and board were ok. The carpet at entrance was very frayed and nails poked up… The whole place was very tired! I would not stay again or recommend it. Parking was adequate Cleaning staff very helpful with extra towels and toilet paper

Everything looks good except parking. It’s hard to find parking spots after 11:00 pm

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Great location.
