哥本哈根城市福朋喜来登灵动酒店 (Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen City)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We paid 450 including tax Canadian dollars per night for three nights. We have stayed hundreds of hotels over 30 years and this one is the worst. The room had no shampoo no conditioner no body lotion no safe no kettle. Only two paper cups. The hair dryer was overheated in 30 seconds. It is worse than any motels. We chose this hotel because of the reputation of Sheraton. We just couldn’t understand how Sheraton can have such a poor hotel in its chain and charged so much. Extremely disappointed.

A small refrigerator would have helped a lot. Also a safe box for valuables.

Breakfast, menu it same everyday, it lack variety

Basic hospitality things were missing. -complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers -conditioner for hair -phone to contact reception in room -umbrellas for loan for guests Temporary but serious problems -showers did not have good water pressure -instance of a "clean" towel delivered to room that had what looked like dried blood stain on it. Overall, it's not a great place to stay, even with the price in mind.

Great location, super staff. My room was very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Arrived about an hour early but they let me check in. Solo traveler so had a single room which was perfect for me. Very pleased with this choice.

Front desk was very friendly specially Barbie , Tiara and Theo

Would stay again. Only con is that the entire bathroom floor gets wet during a shower.

Great location. Friendly staff.

Ok

Clean. Efficient type of hotel - no frills or extras. Nice staff. Great location to walk to attractions and public transit.
