Great location and great room. The room was very clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The host was very communicative throughout. I would stay here again!

All-around high value hotel. The check-in was smooth. I thought free parking was not included in the busy coconut grove area. But it turns out that the garage access was included with the room key card (with Expedia package at least). The location is perfect. Easy access to most of Miami. Lots of things to do in the nearby shopping plaza. But the part I enjoyed the most is the walking along the peacock park and the bay every morning and night. I also like the fact that they have lots of kitchen utensils and a cooktop. It might be hard to find a a parking spot during busy season. Highly recommended overall.

Front desk staff tried their best but the check in process is horrible. Plus I have never met snobbier guests ever. Come on people, This not a 5 star hotel. Not even close.

Comfortable but thin walls. The unit was as advertised. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. The balcony was a nice feature. Building is very safe and well located. I would say that for noise sensitive persons like myself, I would recommend another property. The thin walls blocked very little noise from adjacent units. I was able to hear conversation clearly, little less music/TV. For some people this is not an issue, but for me it was unpleasant. I would also note that I find this thin wall phenomenon to be generally true for most Miami hotels.
