Perfect stay!

The staff was very helpful to find me on WhatsApp to provide me with video instructions to get inside the building, and they also had sent very clear instructions over text, so that it was very easy to get to. The reception is also on the third floor I don’t remember if they included that in the details and to use the elevator to the left when you get there for easiest access. Only recommendation I can give is to clean the air filters on the unit between guests, mine was quite dusty.

Centrally located property

Location was good, very central about 10 minutes walk to the duomo and metro lines. The room itself was clean and check in was easy. However, some plug sockets didn’t work and the air conditioning wasn’t the greatest so the room was constantly warm making sleeping quite difficult at night, I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable in the summer months.

Overall it was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue we had in our room was that the heat was very high and we weren’t able to regulate it, aside from that, our stay was well.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Location, comfort, service, ect…. Best room I’ve stayed in on my current trip thru Europe!

Location was absolutely the most important thing, and it was excellent. It’s absolutely beautiful, and Sabah was incredibly helpful

Property was in a great location, in the middle of the high end shopping district. Close to the duomo and other areas. However, we didn’t get specific instructions with the codes ahead of arrival and if you arrive past 5, which we did, you are essentially locked out of the building and there wasn’t any front desk attendant. You need multiple codes, one to the main gate and one to another door once you are inside. We couldn’t get in because they didn’t tell us the codes so we had to trail someone into the building and found an envelope with my name at the front desk, without a front desk attendant, which included the codes. The room is small and bathroom is tight, which is typical of European rooms. Overall not a bad stay but they can improve check in process.

I loved staying here, the rooms were beautiful the area was perfect and close to most of the sites I wanted to see around the city. I look forward to coming back to Milan and staying here again. The staff and the receptionist at the front was so kind and helpful, nothing but the best to say about this place
