There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee at check-out (exact amount varies). At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 21 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 7 days prior to check-in.
