Convenient location with parking

Great location.

We had a room overlooking the centre of the hotel, so no external facing window, which was a bit disappointing. The room was very basic and the hotel is feeling a little tired. Good location for exploring Bordeaux though and helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit ‘meh’ too.

On arrival, all staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great for the tram line and getting into the main attractions.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and good sized shower room. I especially appreciated the cold, filtered water machines by the lifts on each floor to refill water bottles at will for free. Breakfast, as a coeliac, was ok for France where breakfasts usually centre around croissants, baguettes and pain au chocolat! There was all that available in abundance but also yoghurt, fruit, cheese, scrambled eggs and streaky bacon alongside a token basket of sans gluten bread containing 3-4 slices and some wrapped, hideously dry and inedible bread rolls. The only toaster is for glutinous bread and is heavily covered in breadcrumbs so not safe for coeliacs and generally nothing is labeled for allergens so you have to go on instinct. As we were staying 3 nights, we opted to use their scheme to choose a free drink in the bar per person per night instead of daily room cleaning and this saved us quite a few euros at the bar! Location was a convenient walk into the centre and tram routes were available right outside. Overall not bad value for money for a family of 5 for 3 nights in 2 rooms at summer prices.

Lovely place, friendly staff who were helpful and a really good location to both the trams, other public transport and for walking into the old town and surrounding area areas. Breakfast wasn’t included in my room however was reasonably priced and very nice. Room had air-conditioning so in the 40° heat it was very welcomed.

This was a great hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can’t say anything bad about it, would stay here again!

L'accueil à la réception, personnel aimable, bons et copieux petits déjeuners. Par contre l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas bien dans la chambre.

Staff super helpful. I just wish they provided more towels. We had to ask every night for additional towels. I have been going to France for over 20 years and this is the first time I have noticed that some hotels are starting to provide less towels. We were two in a room and there weren't sufficient towels. When we did ask, staff kindly provided more but then the next morning when cleaning staff would change them, they wouldn't replace the amount they found so we would have to ask again, etc. And when I say ask for additional towels, we just wanted separate towels for body and face. Nothing crazy. Other than that, hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram that took you straight into the heart of the city, train station and airport. Could also walk to the main center within ten minutes so very conveniently located.

Average breakfast. Small room. Great location beside tourist sites and trams.
