Awful experience here. No check in information receive and had to spend hours on chat to hotels.com to finally get a random WhatsApp message with information at 9pm. Did not feel safe (they mentioned the name was different on the booking, so half expected someone else to arrive at the room) and the train noise is horrendous. Room was modern ish and clean enough but nothing is worth that mess of a check in experience and feeling like you’re sleeping on a train track. Avoid!

Great handy location if this is where you need to be.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and thought the bed was very comfortable. Also enjoyed having the kitchenette. Great location on a cute street. I could see how noise sensitive people might find the noise from the trains difficult when sleeping, but it didn’t bother me. Overall a great stay

Everything was great. Easy check in. Lot's of cafés etc...close by. Only feedback is you can hear above ground train squealing by but not a deal breaker. For the price I would return again. AC and shower pressire amazing.

Management needs serious work. Before checkin, I was told I could deposit my luggage. At checkin, I was told this was not the case. The back and forth calls to figure out why this misinformation was given to me resulted in the hotel realizing their error, attempting a fix, but still me missing an event I paid for. Late at night when I came back to enter my room, the code I was given did not work. My phone was almost out of batteries, and had it actually gone out of battery or if I did not previously get the wifi information from the nearby cafe which was not closed, I would not have been able to call to get a new code and have been locked out in the dark without any of my stuff. It is unacceptable for mistakes of this caliber to be made in the hospitality industry.

Great place, location, amenities - except it’s soooo loud due to the trains! Thankfully I had ear plugs with me but consider the noise before booking

Check in states you will get the codes sent to you between 12-4pm so we waited around the hotel so we could drop our bags off. Gone 4pm and nothing so called and the codes were sent just after 4pm. Annoying as other correspondence was received before and after our stay and it meant we lost precious time exploring London. The bed was comfy but the blind in our room was broken so the room became very light just after 4:30am. The noise from Waterloo was minimal when the internal door was shut. Overall I think we may have gotten unlucky and I would be willing to try a stay again.

The A/C n heating system was not working. After checking the reviews looked like it wasn’t working since Dec 2025. Bathroom sink and kitchen sink had no hot water. No ventilation system for air. Couldn’t open the window. Not sufficient lighting. Train noise was very loud all day/night long (like ur sleeping in the train cabin). Too expensive, not worth it. Wasn’t very pleased, Should be able to get some refund.

Well located, very functional rooms and comfy bed. Got the wrong access code at first but it was rapidly fixed over the phone
