yo page este hotel porque tenía alberca y cuando llegue me dijeron que no servía y ami nunca me avisaron y eso esta mal.

We like this property. Right on Copacabana beach. Nice but not crazy expensive. We stayed here last year and returned this year.

Hot tube was not working and was dirty . Server at the pool area and front desk people neither friendly or helpful. Luggage guys super friendly and welcoming.

Booked for 7 nights, ended up checking out after 1 night after complaining to hotels.com (who were amazing btw). We booked a double room with city views. We were assigned to room 106, which had 3 beds and was an accessible room with a 'window' that doesn’t really open nor has any view. The furniture was dirty, amenities were very minimal, and the towels, bed, sheets, and pillows were lacking comfort. The only thing going for this hotel is their rooftop views and breakfast. Bring your money somewhere else—we did and checked into another hotel after one night at Astoria Palace.

Toda la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal que te recibe y ayuda con el equipaje fueron muy atentos y amables. Las personas de recepción también. Lo único fue que el último día que quisimos usar la piscina, estaba cerrada por “motivos de fuerza mayor” hasta Julio. Una lástima. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

All good except the pillows were extremely smell rotten like mildews and towels are very faded old .
