Everything was amazing! The staff, the room we stayed in with my family was perfect. Thank you

The customer service was excellent, when I arrived was able to drop off my medical equipment early. The Lady that was in front that checked me in had a great attitude and smile. She wore glasses I forgot her name. But excellent customer service

This is my go to hotel when in Vegas. Prices are very reasonable and location for me is excellent. The 215/Sunset location is 20 minutes from the airport and has all the major outlets close by. 24 hr gym and a great pool.

Room 108 was clean but bathroom door did not close at all. I was exhausted from our trip & should have asked for a different room but I would expect that housecleaning should have reported. Seems as though it’s been like that for awhile. In future they should not offer that room until fixed

Very clean and comfortable!

Staff was amazing! Super helpful and very friendly. Great breakfast every am. Only complaint is the awful flat pillows… they need new pillows

I loved that they have considered the safety of anyone needing a bit of assistance in the bathroom with by adding the handlebars.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, easy parking, clean and comfortable rooms..

Everything was great
