Lovely room and hotel
Restaurant now inside hotel and more low key
Staff excellent as always

The plumbing needs replacing/updating. Water had no pressure, taps were hard to turned off to prevent dripping and drainage was really slow so we couldn’t have an enjoyable shower…Otherwise it’s a great place to stay especially the location.

Loved the Shangrila, only stayed one night before flight but would definitely come back and stay longer. Bed really comfy, great size room and bathroom. Great pool too.

Good location and spacious executive rooms with lounge access which is very good. Breakfast and lounge food were good. However hotel and furnishings were quite dated and no longer provide the luxury feel of shangrila. Time for a revamp...
