Very good

Amazing property with great staff.

We were all pleasantly surprised by the resort. During the time of the booking it wasn't easy to find enough information but the minute we checked in, I was reassured we had made the right choice. Everything from the rooms to the overall ambience and facilities of the resort and from the restaurants to the mall next door were of the highest quality. The whole team was very accommodating and supportive in all our needs Andalus is offering service and experience punching above it's weight

Clean room, modern, great restaurants, chilled, staff friendly and helpful, great gym

perfect place to stay

From the beginning to the end of our stay this resort was absolutely amazing, the staff from every section of the hotel were so attentive and helpful with me and my family. We absolutely loved this Res, we thank you and this is definitely our favourite resort in Abu dhabi to date and most certainly will be back.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. 2-3 stars max.

Nice accommodation, good location and staff were super helpful, arranging an early check in on arrival.

Great staff all round from reception to cleaners and pool staff.

One bedroom was big. No "in hotel" restaurant as such, but restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant is where they do breakfast, but not until 7am which was too late for me. No bar, which was OK, unless you want an alcoholic beverage. There is a supermarket next door to buy breakfast things and food if needed. Kitchen utensils were limited. 2nd floor room had low water pressure for shower. But adequate. It was fine and I would stay again, but may not be first choice.
