(Villa Ay)

The space inside the unit is beautiful. Having your own private pool was very cool and the unit was clean and well kept. The host was nice to deal with but he did want cash for the cleaning fee and room deposit. He gave the room deposit back on checkout with no issue. Now to some of the issues. For 2 days of our stay we had little to no hot water. I wasn't sure if the hot water only works during the day or what but we couldn't use the jetted tub when we wanted due to no hot water. We went in September and the temperature was very hot but the pool was freezing and unswimmable. We stayed 5 nights and did not get any cleaning services and used the same towels. I did not ask for more but I feel like this should be offered in a longer stay. The area around the property needs a lot of work and is quite messy. Overall the stay was fine but I would not stay again .

We had a great honeymoon vacation.Overall, Villa Ay is a true gem in Kas, offering a combination of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled holiday, this villa provides the perfect base for exploring the wonders of the region while enjoying a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

The villa's outdoor areas are equally impressive. Surrounded by lush forets and offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Ay provides a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. The well-maintained swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the sun loungers and shaded seating areas offer the ideal spots for sunbathing or enjoying a good book.
