Very nice view! And such good food

The staff are amazing, very friendly, super helpful, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Pool is excellent, beach beautiful, great value for all inclusive- food best all inclusive we have had, drinks great. Family, couples, groups all will find this place great, and definitely try the SPA top 3 massages I have had

From the check in to the goodbye was a smooth process my family and I had a great time.My concierge Brenda was the best she was very helpful and she made sure she told you about everything that needs to know about your stay and even about if you want to do things around town.Thank you to my housekeeping for always taking care of your room with whatever we need.The hotel is beautiful and very clean.It’s so much to do the water park was also fun.The water at the beach is clean the sand is also clean.I would surely be coming back soon.The restaurant has a great menu selection.Please also try the Italian restaurant in the other hotel as well.Thank you royal sands for a great experience.I chose this hotel because it’s kid friendly and that’s a must for me.I can’t remember the beautiful ladies name at the restaurant that takes you to your table thank you guys.

I’m stay for 5 nights and we need change room 1 day before bc people for timeshare coming the new room the ac no works and they no fixed..

This resort is family friendly, you have everything you need to keep your kids busy and happy. The property is so clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice, food is great. We had a beachfront suite, the view was amazing and you can see the turtles coming to shore at night just from the balcony. The only thing missing is the night life, not much going on. I’ll definitely comeback to this resort on my next vacation to Cancun.

This has been our favorite place to stay at for almost 3 years. We love it here and will cinturón come back.

Floors are awful 5 of our party fell really hard but too shy to make a complaint. Waiting for restaurants to open. Not a big selection on food. Don't recommend. Sorry.

Perfect stay

Great place!

properly was nice, checking was early and easy EXCEPT that they mentioned that on Saturday time shares arrived and we would had to move rooms, we were a family of 6 with kids, so we were not very thrilled when they mentioned that we have to move rooms after being there already, BUT they were able to accommodate and we stayed in the same room for the entire vacation. Seconds personals that are trying to sell shares are kinda pushy, I stay there a week with the family and 4 of the staff we’re trying anything to make me go to the seminar, I mentioned to all that we were not interested but they keep insisting..overall the place is nice for a family, restaurants staff are very friendly and helpful.. quite at night as well.
