阿布扎比门诺富特酒店 (Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Told them twice to clean toilet seat, even the manager was informed, but unfortunately they didn’t clean it properly. Urine spots wasn’t cleaned after previous guest! Shame on novotel

I liked everything except not providing any toiletries in the bathroom like toothpaste and toothbrush shower cap etc. there was only one water bottle in the room adding another one would’ve been nice, breakfast was very nice except I arrived to it at 6:30 am when it opened and that was the same time all technicians from an oil company arrived too. It was very crowded.

Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I have to stay 45 minutes to an hour and a half to wait for my room to get ready even though I let them know ahead of time what time I will be all right also the room is full of dust and the equipment is too old and the maintenance of the amenities. It was terrible.

Customer service is very good

Great job

Nice place for a transit stay

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, which made it feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. The gym was well-equipped and easy to use, and the pool area was a great place to relax. Another big plus was the location — it was very convenient and made it easy to get to other areas without any hassle. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Very good 👍

I had a great experience. We ended up getting a little early there and they were able to accommodate us with a room. The vibes were great and so were staff.

Loved this place
