Excellent property. Large, spacious rooms. Multi size pillows which I love the choice. Also very importantly for the ladies, the shower has a handheld shower head! Will be back!

I will never use Expedia again I had to leave 1 night early refused a refund

Stayed here before that's why we keep coming back would not change.

The onsite manager/ owner is extremely aggressive and racist. We had a couple of two bedroom suites booked at least a week in advance. We were two families with three young kids (including a toddler). We had to start after work from Brisbane and so it was going to be late check-in. I had informed hotel in advance that we will check-in after 10:30pm. But knowing all this, they allocated two suites in opposite directions, both on the first floor. After we checked in around 10:40pm, we had to eat something and settle our kids. Around 11:00pm a lady from downstairs (one of the rooms where we were having supper) came and started bullying and racially abusing us, because she was getting some noise from upstairs. We apologised and assured that we will be quiet. After she left, Peter, the hotel manager, knocked on our door and aggressively started yelling at us even followed us to the other room. The next morning, when I was checking out, I said my family was terrified and that he should have been a bit gentle. This triggered him immensely and he started racially abusing me and asked me to leave his premise immediately. Comments like "this is my country, you go and take your opinion to your country", "you should belt your kids and discipline them" were made loudly and intimidatingly by him. Why didn't they gave us room downstairs even though they knew in much advance that we have kids and we will be checking in late? Alternatively they could have denied our booking completely.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. The check in with friendly staff was quick and pleasant. When I later inquired about the laundry facilities, the lady at reception took me to the laundry room and showed me how to start the washing machine and where the drying racks were located outside, if I wanted to use them instead of the dryer. There was laundry detergent and clothes pegs available for use. I was very pleased!

Rooms were spotless and plenty of space for our stay. Could not fault anything except a bit steady on the stairs. 10 stars out of 10.

Room was very clean when I arrived. The room was cleaned every day. The room was also very good size and the internet was fast. Having an option to wash clothes on site was useful. Location was great. Best motel I have stayed in.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Undercover car parking was a plus.

Staff are very friendly and helpful rooms neat and clean, close to centre of Town. Stayed here before thats why we Booked again.
