I understand my reservation didn’t start until three. They were over a half hour late letting us check in. Didn’t get to the room until almost 4 pm. Not sure how this place is this highly rated. For over $1000 a night I would expect to have the place better prepared to support check in requirements. Don’t spend the money on this place! Not worth it

This was in a great location and is such a charming hotel. The rooms were a lot of fun and everything was really nice.

Excellent place to stay, the location is unbeatable and the rooms are very cute. Price is quite reasonable taking into account this is Switzerland 😂 Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be for the TVs to have more English speaking channels/dubbing. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Helpful and friendly staffs with a good breakfast

This hotel was great as a solo traveler in Switzerland for the first time. Easily walkable from old towne and the train. The room was large and quiet. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast had a lot of options and I was able to make sandwiches for my daily excursions from the buffet. I alswpuld definitely stay here again. Also they had a fun photo booth in the lower level!
