Clean perfect room. The bathroom sink drain was blocked though.. other than that had no issues :)

Great spot to stay, quiet and spacious rooms. Close to Marvel stadium, eateries and shopping. Plenty of undercover parking. Tram very convenient. Have stayed many times and will continue to.

Very easy in terms of access, reception was very friendly, rooms are very tidy. Convenient short walk to places like Marvel and very easy access to docklands shopping.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking fee per night with in and out privileges a bit high but located right outside the lobby was so handy for us. Location as well was a huge plus! There’s a Woolies and Chemist Warehouse below with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at Nesuto. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a small but very well-equipped kitchen, an excellent shower and bathroom, incredibly comfortable beds, a neat little balcony, and flawless Wi-Fi. The icing on the cake was the friendly, helpful staff and the fantastic location. It almost felt like the hotel had its own shopping precinct, with Woolworths, a great Asian grocer, Chemist Warehouse, and several excellent restaurants right next door. There's also a much larger shopping centre directly across the road. The tram stop is literally a two-minute walk away, with Melbourne's CBD only around 10 minutes by tram. I couldn't recommend Nesuto highly enough and will definitely stay here every time I travel to Melbourne.

Nesuto within Docklands is next door to Woolworths supermarket, eaterys within docklands. Marvel stadium is within walking distance catch the number 86 tram which stops at Marvel Stadium and Southern Coss station then onto the city If you are heading to the MCG, AAMi Park or the John Caine Arena catch the number 70 tram. We have stayed here a couple of times and will definatly stay again.
