The property is good but not upto the standards of a 5 star stay. Probably as they were over booked. Also, the sea view rooms aren't as one would expect to experience a sea view, the distance from the sea is great & the price one pays for the view, is not worth it ... So, better to go for the normal rooms n avoid the disappointment. If not, it's the best property around that stretch.. If not, for the above mentioned reasons.

Had a great time. Staffs were awesome. Services incredible.

Beach view nice kitchen excellent room large and well appointed only problem is mass of people at restaurant and large number of very very very loud unmanaged children

Fantastic stay, staff were amazing and so good with our daughter. Would definitely go back. Loved high tea, and the food variety at the reef. C front was also great.

the physical hotel, room etc..were excellent, clean and high end. the service was very poor throughout, more 3star standard despite there being plenty of staff

Good property but not well managed. Felt underwhelmed

Pretty average hotel and surprised it a 5*. Rooms are old and need renovation. Breakfast and lunch is a nightmare as limited seats and especial sunday lunch as all outside guests come so no space for hotel residences. Not much for the kids to do.

Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty dishes. The beach was clean too, though we could not spend much time at the beach due to high tide. There were appropriate signboards for safety purposes. Overall the stay was amazing!
