The breakfast was excellent, but the room was terrible. I went with my 10 months old baby couldn’t let her crawl on the carpet. The bathroom was so dirty, toilet stained, sink smell so bad when water is running I hated going into the bathroom. Mold in the bath area. I really don’t recommend this hotel. They really need to upgrade the whole facility.

很好孩子同行
Great
1. Quick access to Masjid nabawi
2. Excellent breakfast at As salaam restaurant
3. Prompt service
4. Courteous staff and good checkin/checkout experience
Good
1. Room in makkah towers was good , clean and spacious
Not good and needs improvement
1. Restrooms are moldy
2. General aesthetics, lobby , lifts, rooms, etc are old and lack the luxury experience and value for money provided by other 5 star hotels
