Can park under building but parked out in street plenty of room. Safe to walk around at night. Close to great food n drinks n music entertainment. Room spacious and everything you could want. Toaster, plates, knives, forks, jug. Big spa bath n day bed on verandah overlooking beautiful pool. Great if u don't have trouble with stairs as no lifts. Even found an ice machine n pool views as you walk through foyer. Will definitely be back.

很好 The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down.

Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with no housekeeping, where I was even asked to take out the trash when leaving. If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous.
The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating.

We had a great stay at the Regal. It was very quiet during the low season so we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves most days. Great facilities at the pool (fridge, BBQ) and the room had everything we needed (plates, bowls and cutlery, and two bath towels each plus swimming towels for the pool/beach). Excellent location, everything in walking distance. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time at The Regal Port Douglas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything you needed in it. Definitely come back again .

We enjoyed it stay at the Regal. The grill was great, the room had nice amenities tho sharper knives would be great. The Regal is nicely located in all directions. Thanks for the nice stay. Really loved Port Douglas and wished we had more time there. Parking was great and the hot tub looked kind of dirty

The site was on the main street walking distance to all areas and nice and quiet. Managers were very helpful. A good place to stay.

Had a great stay. In an ideal world it would have been better to have the toilet in a separate room, given the generous size of the rooms, but a minor point really. Would stay here again without hesitation
