This hotel understands the local vibe. I was gonna check out at 12 noon, but they told me I could check out at 3 pm. This hotel understands people come to this particular area for the night life and will be up most of the night. 3 pm checkout alone, is enough reason to book here. Hotel is also very secure. I arrived at midnight and had no problem checking in, even though official checkin is before 8 pm. You do have to spend about 100 pesos to get to walking street though, but there are also some places real close by only locals know about near Red Planet. Sheets were clean and room was spotless. No bed bugs or flies. Place is older, but well maintained by a lovely couple.

It’s my first time to stay this hotel. At first, it was so impressing upon checking in because we arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and the receptionist entertained us well quickly. But so annoying because after she gave me the room key, she said that “we cannot enter yet the room because the check-in time is 2pm. CRAZY! So we went out and stay inside the car until 2pm. No mirror at the room. The mirror is found inside the toilet only. The TV was not working. The worst thing was their security guard didn’t even k ow how to open the door and didn’t know how to help carry the bags… We stayed there for 2 nights but the guard was only sitting near the door only.
