การบริการพนักงานดีมาก ที่พักสะอาด สระว่ายน้ำก้สะอาด เดินทางไปช้อปปิ้งใกล้ห้างเซ็นทรัลมากๆ

Everything was super clean and all staff was excellent! Breakfast was awesome and the walking distance mall was great.

Always love staying there. Too notch

Good onsite was excellent and enjoyed having the mall next door.

Good location next to mall. Hairs on cushion bench and floor in room so couldn't give 5 stars. But excellent otherwise

Easy access to mall with food court

Very close to Central Shopping Center. Hotel rooms are comfortable, the breakfast bar is good and the staff there are helpful and obliging. This is the second time We've stayed there and will be back again next year.

Friendly staff a very clean room with a comfortable bed. A fantastic swimming pool and a tasty breakfast Close to a great shopping centre Will happily stay there again

10% unnecessary service charge at restaurant. Ran out of toilet paper

Possibly the best hotel that Ubon Ratchathani has to offer. The staff are very attentive and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The gym is limited if you like resistance training as there's only really a dumbbell rack (no cable machines of any kind) and a single bench, but cardio is covered by a couple of treadmills and bikes. The onsite coffee shop is good, as is the breakfast with plenty on offer. I didn't eat anything other than breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on dinner quality but it looked quite good from afar! Location is right next door to large shopping mall and convention centre,
