The staff was wonderful. We were greeted by a porter when our cab pulled up and he handled all of our bags for us. They also brought prosecco to our room which was a lovely surprise. We had an issue with the person in the room next door having their television up very loud and they took care of it.
We loved that breakfast is included and it was a good selection.
What we did not like was the AC did not feel very cool. We set it as low as it could go, and I still woke up in the middle of the night in a sweat. Also, the drapes seem purely decorative and do not close, so we could never get the room fully dark. We traveled during the summer when it stays light for a long time, and this was a real issue. Between the air conditioning and too much light, I don’t know if I would stay here again.

10/10. I recommend spending a little more to get the bigger room if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. Hotel was fantastic.

Clean room, but super basic amenities. It could be a 3 star. The place needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was super basic too. For the price and all the reviews posted, I would have expected more.
