超赞 The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.

超赞 Beautiful boutique hotel. No elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Bags were handled by the staff, which was very helpful.
Make sure your cab leaves you at the Pile gate, not the other gate(tons of steps)

We loved the central location, the cleanliness and all the supplies in case you forgot anything. It was so romantic as well. However if one person wants to have a bath the other person will get a cold shower. But still I would stay here again.

The perfect location for exploring the old town. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. The shower was terrific and the ac worked well. A few stairs but we were able to get assistance with our luggage. A really great stay - would definitely recommend.

Immaculately clean room with many comforts provided. Probably the best room ever.
The only setback is the stairs… lots for older guests but part of the integrity of this historic building.

The hotel has an excellent level of communication to ensure a smooth check in. They offer a shuttle service to/from the airport and even help you with your bags as it’s a vehicle free zone, and it’s a bit of a walk to the hotel from the gate.
Make sure to download whatsapp as it’s their preferred platform and where they’ll send you links to all food and tourist recommendations. The hotel rooms are beautiful with highly stylish fixtures and furniture.
We highly recommend and will return soon!

This room was phenomenal and the staff were genuinely so helpful. I cannot find a fault with this place and I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs! I’d highly recommend this to anyone!
