Lovely stay at Pointa Kensington for Wimbledon Championships …very good location! Clean room and comfortable beds! The only downside was that there are no tea and coffee making facilities and the only usb point in the room wasn’t working, which I reported to staff. The staff were ALL pleasant, welcoming and friendly… would stay here again! Thanks

Rooms are clean and comfortable, ac was much appreciated during 30+ degree days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an additional charge unless you are a point a member, which wasn’t clear from the Expedia booking. Location is very close to the Design Museum, Natural History Museum and V & A and very accessible to transit (under 8 minute walk to Earl’s Court station).

Booked this hotel specifically for AC in the room during July. Room AC did not work and after working through it for almost 2 hours with the staff, it still did not function. They offered a fan which never brought the room temperature below 25C/77F. I had to provide timestamped screenshots to get them to agree to a full refund. Their initial offer was only a 15% refund although we cancelled only after trying to get the room AC to work on their timeline. Also they charged 3 pound per bag to hold them when we arrived early. Just note they won’t do that for free even if you are staying.

Good location; value for money

The hotel was in a great location, very easy to navigate and get to the Tube station to get around London! The room and bathroom were very clean, we had two people with two twin beds. There was enough space for our luggage and to unpack some. The staff was very helpful and kind when we were going in and out throughout the day.

I didn’t see an accessible entrance and had to lift my heavy suitcase into and out of the hotel.

Comfortable, clean, modern, air conditioned room. Great buffet breakfast. Handy part of town if you’re wanting to get to the museums. Even though the hotel is situated next to a busy road, the room was perfectly quiet.

The room was nice but some days felt very warm, possibly because of the outside temp. A few chairs in the room and mini fridge would be nice or even easy access to ice to cool your drinks. Location was safe and walkable .
