Beautiful location and incredibly helpful staff. The hotel is still part of a family business and has a great feeling about it. Two beautiful pools, nice restaurants and bar, lovely health spa. The hotel is built on a hillside and has great views towards the coast.

Diamond Cliff is beautiful and he place is lovely and kept up so very well, The food in the main restaurant didn't seem to carry a lot of flavor but we did not go hungry at all. Having the shuttle to take us up the hill to our building was so helpful as Diamond Cliff is indeed built on a steep mountain that allows for all the units and villas to enjoy amazing views. 5 stars all the way!

Service was excellent the moment me and my husband step foot out of the cab. We stayed 6 nights for our honeymoon and were pleased by the staff and amenities that the resort had to offer. Only downside for us was the sink kept getting clogged every time we utilized it and our shower door didn’t completely closed which caused water to run out from under the shower door onto the floor of the bathroom. Other than this the property was amazing! Breakfast had many different choices when it came to the breakfast buffet, both swimming pools were amazing and one had a swim up bar. Hotel was in walking distance to Patong beach and great food spots (street food and local restaurants). Our room attendant Aye made us feel welcomed and came to check on our room the entire stay. Also, reserved a spa night which was also exceptional! Definitely recommend this property!

Nice resort and good location! The only thing i was not satisfied was checking in and out that took too long! I had to wait til 400 pm to check in the room since it wasn’t ready and when checking out, there was only 1 staff member working behind the front desk with a long line of customers.

The breakfast buffet was not all that great. I would have wished for a little more variety. The shuttle bus needs to run a little more frequently as the hotel sits on the side of a mountain. The rooms are spacious but the cleaning could be better.

The only negative thing about this place was the fact that I had to leave once time was up! Great hotel! Great location! Super friendly staff and well maintained hotel, grounds and room. 10/10. Good luck finding a better place in the Patong Beach area.
