巴黎花之城堡酒店及水疗中心 (Chateau des Fleurs Hotel & Spa Paris)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Good location ,but because of the LV construction next door extremely loud and uncomfortable even at night. You can't even open windows .Spa in my opinion is useless, you visit the city, museums ,events and spa is not a priority.Nice hotel in general, but I would not stay there next time.

The property is very cute but old. The carpet floors in the hallways are very stained and the floor in the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Excellent location. Just needs to be better maintained. The staff at the desk need to be more informative.

Night staff was terrible, three male individuals were completely unhelpful. Phones in room led to miscommunication. Maids walk into your room unannounced. Early in the morning cleaning rooms next door while talking incredibly loud. Stark contrast to the service in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Jewelbox in the heart of Paris. Very elegant and private, but near all the action on the Champs Élysées.

The service was amazing. The location was close to all the shops and walking distance from many bistros.

Clean room, client services, amenities and understanding when we had to stay an additional two days due to the weather back in NYS USA. I wish the cost for the two additional days wasn't as costly. It was extremely expensive for two additional days when it was not in my control. It would be nice if part of the fee could be refunded on a courtesy. Thank you.

Roon was clean. No problems. All good

Staff was amazing. The hotel overall didnt meet our expextations for a luxurious experience. Rooms are not soundproof
