The staff was helpful and responsive. The king suite was very large with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and linens very fresh. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. The pool requires a reservation with the front desk and is so refreshing! There is a nice clean sauna also. The air conditioning was also lovely since it was very hot outside.

Perfect location, well maintained, great staff

Great staff and accommodating, clean large rooms. Perfect area

Clean room, great air conditioning, friendly staff

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was also incredibly helpful.

Lovely spacious clean place for my family of four. The air conditioning worked marvelous and we enjoyed the balcony. It's in a perfect location close to everything but far enough away to not hear the noise. The staff was very helpful as well. It's listed a 3- star hotel but I think it is closer to a 4-star hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring Florence. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. A special shout-out to May at the reception for her exceptional service. She was always welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Her recommendations and assistance made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A amazing Boutique hotel right in the middle of everything Florence. Walking distance to all the main attractions if that what you are planning, and also walking distance to restaurants, shopping and if you are adventurous, across the bridge to the less tourist-y local restaurants and shops. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

The staff was amazingly attentive and friendly! They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The room (a suite)was very spacious and lovely! I would highly recommend!

Serious cool vibe and excellent service
