Property could use some maintenance- touch up paint and a broken door to the stairwell. Room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee in-room. Disappointed to see room rate that week was a fraction of what we paid when we booked last year. Even it out! Instead of crazy high rates and then super-low rates, just make the rate reasonable.

Can't be beat for nearby access to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Have stayed here a couple of times previously. Property is looking a little more worn than it has, but the staff was excellent and accommodating.
Roll-away cot for our daughter was practically a torture device.

Our bed had a huge dip through the middle going across the entire mattress. It was like sleeping in a cot. It also squeaked loudly every time we moved.

Great place to stay close to Red Rock and easy access to venue. Staff was great and the hotel is full of people that are seeing the same concert as you, so they play and pick up the artist vibe in the lobby.
