超赞 Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, tea/ coffee/snacks in room. Very close to Knock Shrine. Convenient van drop off to train station.
Staff very helpful, especially Michael on reception. Much appreciated, thank you, Enjoyed a blessed pilgrimage. God bless you all for your kindness.

A little gem with friendly staff, the room was great and the beds comfy. Breakfast was buffet stlye with plenty of choose of hot and cold and very tasty. Parking was easy and a short walk from Knock Basilica. Will be back.

The staff were very helpful.
The whole place was very clean.
(However, the shower tray wasn't draining properly which was a bit awkward).
The food was excellent.

This is a very comfortable hotel in close proximity to the Shrine of Knock.

We didn’t realise at the time of booking that the hotels main use is for pilgrims visiting the Knock Shrine.
As such, the facilities were limited and whilst fairly new, were dated.
Similarly the restaurant food was limited to say the least, it was more like that provided at a care home rather than a 3/4 star hotel.
The grounds were well maintained but the furniture had been left to the elements and was in need of a serous overhaul.
The rooms were clean and tidy, but would have benefitted from being fitted with air conditioning.
Parking was good
The staff were polite, some, particularly the younger ones were not at all engaging.

Wonderful atmosphere in the hotel right next to the Shrine at Knock. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. We would like to praise Oisin in particular for going above and beyond.

The bathroom door squeaks really loud that it is impossible not to wake the room mate during the night. Otherwise everything is really quite favorably satisfactory
