韦斯科特酒店 (Wescott Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Bed was very hard Hotel was marketed towards Indians. I had to speak to many who were talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and late at night - no consideration for others. Lifts were very slow and at one stage I had to push a group of 10-15 Indians back so I could get out of the elevator Breakfast was once again targeted towards Indians - the same stuff as we had in hotels we stayed at in India. The breakfast room was always crowded and one of us had to stay at the table at all times to guard it from being taken by others. The bed mattress was very hard and the pillows were huge (fat) and uncomfortable to use. We were happy to be able to have breakfast in the Emirates lounge this morning. Staff were polite and professional, but we had limited interactions with them.

To many Indians

I was unable to travel due to a death in the immediate family. Despite being contacted by Expedia to explain the situation the hotel manager did not give any refund or credit for future stay.

Good communication

Good

This hotel experience was horrible. The service rep.at front desk was not very polite and didn't know how to communicate properly.

rude staff, poor breakfast ... no customer service

Good hotel, according to the price. Cheap comparing with the others. Clean also. Only problem the smell coming from the toilet. When you keep the door closed. Its okey. Near to the old town by walking. I am pleased. And use again.

It has a view of burj khalifa

Stayed only one night . Great location. Bathroom could have been cleaner. .
