Bathroom is no good

I checked in this hotel when I arrived and I cancelled immediately because the room condition was extremely bad and they refuse to give me a refund. This is unacceptable!

Great staff ,clean rooms and property.. cons no ice machine, pro,over200 tv stations.

Extremely noisy construction, air con wasn’t working one day, staff not super friendly. Its fine for max one night

I wish I could attach the pictures I’ve taken of this place. We have booked 3 nights but barely made through the first night and booked another hotel. Mosquitoes galore, grimy towels, no hand towels or bath mat, mattress wasn’t a mattress but only a mattress top, super noisy. The lady at the reception gave us some bad attitude during our check in. It’s 1 star because I can’t give none.

My hotel room floor was broken all over told Expedia as soon I checked in didn’t do nothing sent them pictures still didn’t do anything I am paying for service which I haven’t received

Over all has nice rooms but they definitely need better staff and breakfast was shocking

No clean and no comfortable,

The outdoor pool was clean and it was a nice little resort

10 minutes walking distance to shopping center. Nice swimming pool and not too crowded. Breakfast on time delivery to room for all 3 days that I stayed.
