The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again.

Staff are lovely, rooms are spotless, overall a great place to sit back and have a great holiday.

The Haven is in a great location for Seminyak, walkable to the beach, shops, restaurant. You can be in the hustle and bustle, or exit the back entrance into a quieter street filled with spas of choice. Great stay, great, friendly staff - will stay again :)

GOOD location ,large hotel. very good staff

We liked this hotel, however, some things could be improved. Good stay for the cost though. Room was big and spacious, perfect for a family wanting to stay in Seminyak. However, was a little run down. Air con was leaking, shower handle was broken and shower head sprayed everywhere. Not cutlery/ utensils in kitchen draw even though our room was equipped with a kitchen. Pool was a decent size. Not very kid friendly- more older adults. Breakfast was subpar. Not a great variety and food not the best. Staff wasn’t very helpful on arrival, not mentioning some key things we needed to know about our stay. Location is good!

Amazing location, Staff were great, very clean, the breakfast were excellent, the Pool was amazing the best value for money. Loved it.

Loved our stay at The Haven stayed here a few times . All the staff are so accommodating and helpful , pool is awesome , breakfast is fantastic in walking distance to Bintang Supermarket circle k a few doors down , Legian in walking distance, the beach only a 10 minute walk . The only negative this time was the beds were very hard and the curtains don’t block out the balcony lights apart from a lovely place to stay and will definitely be back thank you
